About the Role
We are seeking a talented, experienced, and confident Nurse Injector to join our founding team. This is an opportunity to grow your personal brand, refine your artistry, and play a pivotal role in shaping TOULA’s clinical excellence and client experience.

Key Responsibilities
Injectables & Clinical Care

Perform neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments with precision, artistry, and care

Conduct detailed consultations and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with client goals

Maintain comprehensive and accurate medical documentation for all patient interactions

Ensure best practices in safety, sterility, and patient care are upheld at all times

Work collaboratively with the front desk and skincare teams to support a seamless client journey
Client Education & Retention

Set realistic expectations and educate clients on treatment outcomes, timelines, and aftercare

Develop long-term client relationships rooted in trust, expertise, and consistent results

Provide guidance on full-face harmonization and preventative treatment plans

Confidently manage complications and follow up as needed with support from the clinical team
Studio Leadership & Culture

Support the Practice Manager in upholding medical compliance and documentation standards

Assist in mentoring junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture

Stay current with aesthetic trends, injection techniques, and continuing education

Be an ambassador for the TOULA brand — both in-clinic and within your professional network
You Have:
-
A valid license as an RN or RPN in Ontario, in good standing with the CNO
-
Completion of advanced training and certification in neuromodulators and dermal fillers

1+ year of injecting experience

A client-first approach and a passion for building trusted, long-term relationships

A refined aesthetic eye with a strong understanding of facial anatomy and balance

Confidence handling complications and ensuring client safety and satisfaction

Professional, polished presentation aligned with the TOULA brand
