Please note that the total duration of the appointment is 70-minutes in length.
How should I prepare for a TOULA high-tech facial?
To ensure the best results and a comfortable treatment experience, please follow these simple pre‑treatment guidelines:
- Avoid exfoliating products (physical scrubs, AHAs/BHAs, retinol/tretinoin) for one week before your facial.
- Avoid waxing, threading, chemical peels, or laser treatments for two weeks prior.
- If you are currently using or recently completed isotretinoin (Accutane), please contact our Skincare Concierge team (concierge@toulastudio.com) so we can advise on the safest timing for your treatment.
- Avoid excessive sun exposure, tanning, or self‑tanners.
- Allow at least two weeks of recovery time after cosmetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, or chemical peels.
- Arrive with clean skin (no makeup).
- Avoid shaving the morning of your facial.
- Limit caffeine, alcohol, and heavy exercise beforehand.
What should I do after my TOULA facial?
For the best practices to follow after your facial treatment, we've summarized our estheticians post-treatment care recommendations:
- Avoid direct sun, heat exposure, saunas, heavy sweating, or harsh products for 24–48 hours post-treatment.
- Continue avoiding exfoliating products and retinol for 5–7 days.
- Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated to support your results.
- Apply sunscreen starting the morning after your facial and daily thereafter.
Visit www.toulastudio.com for comprehensive post-treatment guidance.
What conditions prevent getting a TOULA high-tech facial?
Our high-tech facials are not suitable for individuals with conditions such as actinic keratosis, melasma, rosacea, skin cancer, active infections, cold sores, open wounds, rashes, burns, inflammation, eczema, or psoriasis. Consult with our estheticians to assess your eligibility.
What is LED light therapy at TOULA?
TOULA’s LED Light Therapy employs light-emitting diodes with wavelengths of 600–1300nm to address various skin concerns. This non-invasive treatment promotes skin rejuvenation, accelerates tissue repair, reduces inflammation, combats harmful bacteria, and stimulates collagen production. It’s integrated into all our high-tech facials and available as a standalone option for targeted results.
What is ionized oxygen in TOULA facials?
In our facials, TOULA uses ionized oxygen to deliver negative ions, which act as potent antioxidants to strengthen collagen, enhance blood flow, and promote smooth, radiant skin. These ions, abundant in nature, also contribute to a sense of well-being, elevating your skincare experience.
What is microdermabrasion at TOULA?
TOULA’s microdermabrasion is a gentle, non-invasive procedure that exfoliates the skin’s outer layer using a diamond-tipped wand and vacuum suction. It enhances skin texture, minimizing the appearance of sun damage, fine lines, wrinkles, age spots, acne scars, and melasma. Suitable for most skin types, it’s not advised during pregnancy. Try it with our Clarifying, Hydrating, Anti-Aging, Brightening, Regenerative and Express facials.
What is ultrasound technology in TOULA facials?
TOULA’s ultrasound technology uses high-frequency sound waves to penetrate deep into the skin, stimulating collagen production for improved elasticity and a subtle lifting effect. It enhances serum absorption and boosts circulation, delivering a radiant glow. Experience it in our Sensitive Skin, Clarifying, Hydrating, Anti-Aging, Brightening and Regenerative Facials.
What is microcurrent therapy at TOULA?
TOULA’s microcurrent therapy applies low-level electrical currents that mimic the body’s natural frequencies to tone and lift facial muscles. This treatment provides both immediate firming and cumulative contouring benefits, enhancing your facial structure. Available in our Hydrating, Anti-Aging, Brightening and Regenerative facials.
Which facial is best for minimizing pore size?
For minimizing pore size, we recommend our Clarifying Facial, which targets oil and clogged pores, or our Regenerative Facial, which uses Diamond Microdermabrasion to smooth texture. We always recommend booking a Complimentary Skin Assessment to recommend the best High‑Tech Facial for your unique needs.
How often should I get a facial for optimal skin maintenance?
Consistency is key. We recommend scheduling facials twice a month, every 2 to 4 weeks, to align with your skin’s natural renewal cycle. Our Membership Tiers are designed to support this regular maintenance.
Do you offer Hydrafacials, and how does that treatment work?
While TOULA does not use the brand‑name Hydrafacial device, our High‑Tech Facials incorporate advanced modalities such as Diamond Microdermabrasion, Ionized Infusion, Lymphatic Drainage, Ultrasonic Skin Extractions Multi-colour LED Light Therapy, Ultrasound and Microcurrent. These technologies provide deep cleansing, extraction, hydration, and glow comparable to or exceeding traditional Hydrafacial results.
Can your facials treat active acne breakouts, or should I wait until they clear?
Yes. Our Clarifying Facial is designed to treat active acne, breakouts, and excess oil. It includes modalities like Blue LED Light Therapy to target bacteria and inflammation, along with targeted ultrasonic skin extractions. If you have a severe skin infection or an active cold sore, please call us to reschedule at +1 (437)-494-7111 or email us at concierge@toulastudio.com.
How long after a treatment can I get extractions done?
Ultrasonic Extractions are included as a standard part of our High-Tech Facials when appropriate. If you are scheduling a standalone extraction, it can usually be done 2-4 weeks after any advanced laser or peel procedure to ensure the skin is fully healed.
What is the difference between a medical-grade facial and a spa facial?
TOULA’s High‑Tech Facials are considered medical‑grade because they are expert‑led and incorporate advanced technology such as Microcurrent, Ultrasound, Diamond-Tip Microdermabrasion, Multi-colour LED Light Therapy, oxygen pressure infusion, and medical‑grade products. This allows us to target skin concerns at a deeper, cellular level with clinically proven results.
Do you offer products/packages for at-home care to maintain my facial results?
Absolutely. Our core beliefs are that consistency is key and prevention is powerful. Our experts curate and sell a range of science-backed skincare essentials in our skincare shop and will recommend a personalized at-home regimen to protect and enhance the results of your in-studio treatment. Shop our curated selection at https://toulastudio.com/collections/skincare-shop.
Microneedling
Can I get microneedling and other advanced treatments in the same visit?
We prioritize safety and the health of your skin barrier, so microneedling is performed as a standalone advanced treatment at TOULA. Your esthetician will create a customized plan that spaces out high‑intensity modalities to ensure optimal results and minimal risk. Book your advanced microneedling appointment today at www.toulastudio.com/pages/dp4-advanced-microneedling or by calling a member of our Skincare Concierge Team at +1 (437) 494-7111.
Is microneedling safe for dark skin tones?
Yes. Microneedling with the Dermapen 4 can be safe and effective for clients across the Fitzpatrick scale, including IV to VI, when performed correctly. At TOULA, our medical team is trained to adjust needle depth, technique, and treatment settings to minimize trauma and reduce the risk of post‑inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Your esthetician will assess your skin thoroughly to ensure microneedling is appropriate for your tone and concerns. Book your advanced microneedling appointment today at www.toulastudio.com/pages/dp4-advanced-microneedling or by calling a member of our Skincare Concierge Team at +1 (437) 494-7111.
Why is your Microneedling considered more advanced?
Our microneedling treatments are performed using the Dermapen 4, one of the most advanced medical‑grade devices available. It delivers precise, high‑speed oscillation with adjustable needle depth, allowing for more controlled collagen stimulation and enhanced treatment outcomes. We pair the device with clinical‑strength serums selected specifically for your skin concerns, and each session is performed by trained providers who follow strict medical protocols. This combination of technology, technique, and customization makes our microneedling more effective, consistent, and comfortable compared to traditional or spa‑level microneedling treatments.

Injectables
What are Botox® injections at TOULA?
At TOULA, Botox® (onabotulinumtoxinA) is an FDA-approved neuromodulator that temporarily relaxes specific facial muscles to reduce dynamic wrinkles, such as crow’s feet, forehead lines, and glabellar lines. Results typically begin within 3–7 days and last 3–6 months. Administered by our licensed medical professionals, it’s supported by extensive clinical research for safety and efficacy. Learn about the procedure, dosing units, pre/post-care, and potential side effects at www.toulastudio.com/pages/wrinkle-relaxers-botox-dysport.
What is Dysport® treatment at TOULA?
Dysport® (abobotulinumtoxinA) at TOULA is an FDA-approved neuromodulator that smooths dynamic wrinkles, such as frown lines between the eyebrows, by temporarily inhibiting muscle contractions. It may also be used for other areas like forehead lines or crow’s feet under professional guidance. Results typically appear within 2–3 days and last up to 4–5 months. Our licensed medical professionals ensure safe, effective application, backed by robust clinical data. Visit www.toulastudio.com/pages/wrinkle-relaxers-botox-dysport for details on dosing, care, and potential side effects.
How many Botox® or Dysport® units do I need at TOULA?
The number of units needed varies by muscle strength, treatment area, and aesthetic goals. While dosing ranges exist (for example, forehead, frown lines, and crow’s feet often fall within predictable unit ranges), every face requires a customized assessment. Dysport® units are higher than Botox® units due to differences in formulation, and the two are not interchangeable.
For personalized dosing, schedule a complimentary consultation at www.toulastudio.com.
What is Sculptra® at TOULA?
Sculptra® at TOULA is an FDA‑approved biostimulatory injectable that activates your skin’s natural collagen production. Its active ingredient, poly‑L‑lactic acid (PLLA), gradually restores facial volume and improves firmness, structure, and overall skin quality. It’s ideal for softening smile lines, nasolabial folds, and cheek wrinkles. Results develop progressively and can last up to 2–2.5 years with a full treatment series. Learn more at www.toulastudio.com/pages/sculptra.
How many Sculptra® vials are required for TOULA treatments?
The number of Sculptra® vials needed varies based on age, degree of volume loss, and treatment goals. Most clients typically use 1–2 vials per session across a series of 3–4 treatments, spaced 6–8 weeks apart. Someone with mild volume loss may need around 3 vials total, while more significant volume loss can require 6–8 vials over the full series. After completing the initial series, 1 vial per year is commonly recommended to maintain collagen stimulation and long‑lasting results. Because Sculptra works gradually by building your own collagen, a single session is usually not enough to achieve optimal results.
For individualized dosing, please book a complimentary Sculptra consultation at www.toulastudio.com.
How soon will I see results from TOULA neuromodulators?
You’ll begin to notice smoother skin and reduced movement within 3–5 days, with full results visible around 14 days after treatment. Results typically last 3–5 months, depending on your individual metabolism and treatment area. TOULA will send you a friendly reminder when it’s time for your next appointment.
How can I reduce bruising from TOULA neuromodulator treatments?
Mild bruising can occasionally occur when small facial veins are affected during treatment. To help minimize this, avoid blood‑thinning medications or supplements (such as aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, or vitamin E) for about one week before your appointment, and limit alcohol and caffeine for 24–48 hours prior. Following your provider’s aftercare instructions will also support optimal healing and results. Review aftercare tips at www.toulastudio.com/pages/wrinkle-relaxers-botox-dysport.
How long does bruising last after TOULA injectable treatments?
Bruising from TOULA injectable treatments is usually mild and resolves within 3–5 days, though this can vary depending on the area treated and individual healing factors. Applying a cold compress intermittently for the first 24 hours can help minimize bruising and swelling.
If you have any concerns, please contact our Concierge Team at +1 (437) 494-7111 to arrange a follow-up with your provider.
What makes TOULA different from traditional dermatology offices for injectables?
TOULA offers a unique studio experience, delivering select treatments in an immersive, non-clinical environment, unlike typical dermatology or medical spa clinics. Our skilled nurses and nurse practitioners handle injectables and specialize in Wrinkle Relaxers, Dermal Fillers and Sculptra. Our licenced esthetician team provides technology-led facials tailored to your skin's unique biomarkers. All providers are highly trained to ensure exceptional results. Explore our high-tech facials, microneedling and injectables at www.toulastudio.com and book online or via our Concierge Team at +1 (437) 494-7111.
Can I combine a facial with an injectable treatment at TOULA?
Yes, you can often pair a facial before your injectable treatment—including Wrinkle Relaxers (e.g. Botox® or Dysport®), Dermal Fillers (e.g. Revanesse®), or Sculptra®. Doing so can help prep and smooth the skin, enhancing both treatment precision and results. Your provider will assess your skin type and facial selection to ensure the combination is suitable and safe for your specific needs.
What are dermal fillers offered at TOULA?

What are the side effects of dermal fillers and Sculptra at TOULA?
At TOULA, your safety and comfort are always our top priority. Dermal Fillers may cause mild, temporary effects such as swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection site, which typically resolve within 2–7 days. Small lumps may occasionally form but often improve with gentle massage. Rare complications, such as infection, are treatable under medical supervision.
Sculptra® may cause similar temporary effects or, in rare cases, small, non‑visible nodules beneath the skin (seen in approximately 5–10% of cases), which are manageable if they occur. Our injectors use advanced techniques to minimize risks and ensure natural, balanced results.
For full safety details, please review our in‑studio consent forms or contact our Concierge Team at +1 (437) 494‑7111 to schedule a complimentary consultation or follow‑up.
Can I wear makeup during a TOULA dermal filler appointment?
For accurate skin assessment, please arrive without makeup for your Dermal Filler appointment. Our team can remove any makeup if needed. Avoid applying makeup for 24 hours post‑treatment to reduce contact with the treated area and support optimal healing.
What should I avoid after a TOULA dermal filler treatment?
Immediately After Dermal Filler appointment, avoid lying down for 4 hours, exercising for 24 hours, and facials for 2 weeks. Minimize touching the treated area except for applying arnica gel at home, and avoid salty foods or alcohol to prevent swelling.
What are the pre- and post-care steps for a TOULA Sculptra treatment?
Before your Sculptra treatment, avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, or fish oil for 1–2 weeks (with medical approval), and consider Arnica supplements 3–5 days prior to help reduce bruising. Schedule your appointment at least 2 weeks before major events.
Post‑treatment, massage the treated areas for 5 minutes, 5 times daily, for 5 days to help prevent nodules. Apply ice briefly on day 1 to minimize swelling, and avoid facials, exercise, or alcohol for 24–48 hours. Results develop gradually over 3–4 sessions and can last over 2 years.
For detailed guidance, contact +1 (437) 494‑7111 or review your in‑studio consent forms.

Fillers in high‑movement areas like the lips may last 6–9 months, while those placed in areas like the cheeks or nasolabial folds can last up to 12 months.

Our providers offer tailored aftercare. Review your consent forms or call +1 (437) 494‑7111 for details.

Bruising or swelling for 2–7 days is possible and can be eased with ice or Arnica gel. We recommend scheduling treatments 2 weeks before major events. Our providers prioritize comfort at every step. For full details, review your consent forms or call +1 (437) 494‑7111.
What techniques does TOULA use for dermal filler injections?
TOULA’s providers use needles for precision (for areas such as the lips) or blunt‑tip cannulas to help reduce bruising (for areas such as the cheeks), tailored to your anatomy and goals. Each treatment begins with a small entry point to support safe, effective placement. Please review our consent forms in advance of your treatment or call +1 (437) 494‑7111 to speak with our skincare concierge team.
What are tear troughs and how does TOULA treat them?
Tear troughs are under‑eye hollows or dark circles caused by aging, volume loss, or genetics. TOULA uses Revanesse Dermal Fillers to smooth and refresh the area. Our experts assess suitability during your consultation to ensure natural‑looking results. Visit www.toulastudio.com/pages/dermal-fillers for details.
Why does TOULA offer temple injections for fillers?
Temple hollows, often caused by aging or genetics, can contribute to a tired or sunken appearance. TOULA uses Revanesse® hyaluronic acid Dermal Filler to restore lost volume in this area, creating a more balanced and youthful facial contour. Each treatment plan is customized to ensure safe, natural‑looking results. To learn more or book a complimentary consultation, contact our Concierge Team at +1 (437) 494‑7111 or review our in‑studio consent forms for full details.
What are marionette lines and how are they treated at TOULA?
Marionette lines, the vertical wrinkles that run from the mouth toward the chin, can develop from aging, volume loss, or genetics. TOULA’s Revanesse® fillers lift and smooth these lines to create a more refreshed, youthful appearance. Our experts customize treatments during your complimentary consultation to ensure natural‑looking results. Learn more at www.toulastudio.com/pages/dermal-fillers.
Why combine neuromodulators and dermal fillers at TOULA?
Combining Wrinkle Relaxers (such as Botox® or Dysport®) with Dermal Fillers allows TOULA providers to address multiple signs of aging — including fine lines, wrinkles, and volume loss — for a balanced, rejuvenated look without surgery. This approach enhances overall harmony and can improve the longevity of your results through a personalized treatment plan. Book a complimentary consultation at www.toulastudio.com to create your tailored treatment plan, with same‑day options available.
Does TOULA offer consultations for injectable treatments?
Yes, TOULA offers complimentary 60‑minute consultations for all injectable services, including Wrinkle Relaxers, Dermal Fillers, and Sculptra. This dedicated appointment provides enough time for a thorough facial assessment, discussion of your goals, and the option to proceed with a same‑day treatment if it aligns with your provider’s recommendation and your schedule. Book a complimentary consultation at www.toulastudio.com to create your tailored treatment plan, with same‑day options available.
What is the difference between Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin?
At TOULA, we primarily use Botox and Dysport for our Wrinkle Relaxers, both FDA‑approved neuromodulators that soften expression lines by temporarily relaxing targeted facial muscles. While they work through the same mechanism, they differ slightly in molecular structure, diffusion, and onset time. Dysport may spread more readily in larger areas, while Botox offers precise, localized control. Your TOULA injector will recommend the best option based on your facial anatomy, muscle strength, and treatment goals. Book a complimentary consultation at www.toulastudio.com to create your tailored treatment plan, with same‑day options available.
What areas of the face can be treated with Wrinkle Relaxers (e.g. Botox/Neuromodulators)?
At TOULA, we focus on the most common and effective areas for a natural, refreshed look, including the frown lines (“11s”), forehead lines, and crow’s feet. Wrinkle Relaxers can also be used for subtle brow lifts, softening a “gummy smile,” relaxing chin dimpling, and treating masseter muscles for jaw clenching. Your injector will tailor treatment to your facial anatomy for balanced, natural results. Book a complimentary consultation at www.toulastudio.com to create your tailored treatment plan, with same‑day options available.
How long does it take to see the full results of Botox?
You’ll typically begin to notice results within 3–5 days, with full effects visible at 10–14 days. This is why we recommend waiting a full two weeks before considering a minor touch‑up.
How long do dermal filler results typically last?
Longevity depends on the product and treatment area. Most of TOULA’s hyaluronic acid (HA) Dermal Fillers, such as Revanesse, last between 6–18 months. Fillers in high‑movement areas like the lips may metabolize faster, while fillers in structural areas like the cheeks often last longer.
What is the best age to start preventative Botox?
In line with TOULA’s prevention‑focused philosophy, many clients begin preventative Botox in their mid‑to‑late 20s or early 30s. The goal is to relax muscles before static lines (wrinkles visible at rest) form, helping maintain a smooth, youthful appearance over time. Book a complimentary consultation at www.toulastudio.com to create your tailored treatment plan, with same‑day options available.
Is it possible to have an allergic reaction to Dermal Fillers?
Allergic reactions to Dermal Fillers are rare, but possible. TOULA’s medical team prioritizes your safety and reviews your medical history carefully. If an allergic reaction occurs, it is usually manageable. Please inform your injector immediately if you experience unusual swelling or symptoms.
What is the difference between an HA filler and a biostimulatory filler (e.g., Sculptra)?
HA Dermal Fillers (like Revanesse) provide immediate volume and are dissolvable. Biostimulatory fillers such as Sculptra work differently by stimulating collagen production over several months, creating gradual, long‑lasting volume and improved skin texture. TOULA offers both options depending on your goals. Book a complimentary consultation at www.toulastudio.com to create your tailored treatment plan, with same‑day options available.
Does getting injectables hurt, and do you use numbing cream?
Most TOULA clients report minimal discomfort, often described as a quick pinprick. To support comfort, we apply a topical lidocaine‑based numbing cream before your treatment and may use ice as needed. Our injectors use fine needles and gentle techniques to help ensure the experience feels as comfortable as possible.
Can Botox or fillers be combined with other treatments?
Yes, they are often combined for comprehensive results! We typically perform your facial or laser treatment before injectables. If you have had Wrinkle Relaxers (e.g. Botox or Dysport) or Dermal Fillers, we recommend waiting two weeks before scheduling any deep facial or laser treatment.
What happens if I stop getting Botox or fillers?
Your features will simply return to their original, pre‑treatment state over time. Botox gradually wears off and normal muscle movement returns, which allows expression lines to slowly reappear. Dermal fillers are naturally metabolized by the body over time. Stopping treatment does not cause the skin to sag or worsen. You will simply return to your baseline appearance.
Pre-Treatment
Can I get a TOULA treatment after recent fillers or peels?
Inform your provider if you’ve had recent fillers or chemical peels. We recommend waiting at least two full weeks before scheduling a TOULA treatment.
Should I eat before my treatment?
Yes. We recommend having a light meal before your appointment to minimize the chance of feeling light‑headed during your treatment.
If I am on antibiotics, can I still receive treatment?
It depends on the antibiotic and the treatment you are receiving. Certain antibiotics may interact with injectable procedures. Please inform your provider of all medications prior to your appointment so they can advise you appropriately. You can always reach a member of our Skincare Concierge Team at +1 (437) 494-7111 or email us at concierge@toulastudio.com.
Should I shave my face before a microneedling session?
You should not shave the treatment area on the day of your appointment. If you typically shave or derma plane, you can do so 48 hours prior.
What treatments at TOULA can I receive if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
Out of an abundance of caution, we do not perform Microneedling or Wrinkle Relaxers (e.g. Botox or Dysport), Dermal Fillers, or Sculptra on clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Our Pregnancy Facial is available and designed using pregnancy‑safe products and techniques.
Should I take an anti-histamine before my injectables treatment to help with swelling?
You may take an over-the-counter antihistamine before and/or after your injectable appointment to help mitigate potential swelling.
Do I need to remove my contact lenses before a facial?
If you are receiving a service near the eyes, such as LED Light Therapy, we recommend removing your contact lenses for maximum comfort.
Post-Treatment
Will my TOULA treatment require recovery time?
Most TOULA treatments involve little to no downtime. Our high‑tech facials allow you to return to your day immediately.
Injectables such as Wrinkle Relaxers (e.g., Botox and Dysport), Dermal Fillers, and Sculptra may cause temporary swelling or mild bruising, but most clients resume normal activities right away. To support optimal healing, we recommend avoiding strenuous exercise, heat exposure (such as saunas or hot yoga), and facial massage for at least 24 hours — ideally 48 hours for heat‑based activities.
Microneedling involves a brief recovery period. Expect 24–48 hours of redness similar to a mild sunburn, along with short‑term sensitivity and dryness. Makeup is typically fine after 24 hours, and full recovery usually occurs within three to five days. To support healing, avoid direct sun exposure and apply sunscreen daily while the skin is recovering.
How should I sleep after getting dermal fillers?
We recommend sleeping slightly elevated on your back for the first 24–48 hours after a Dermal Filler appointment at TOULA. This helps minimize swelling and prevents placing pressure on the treated areas while the product settles.
When can I apply my usual skincare products (e.g. vitamin C, retinoids)?
After injectables, you can resume most gentle skincare after 4–6 hours. After microneedling, please wait until the skin has settled — usually 3–7 days — before resuming any strong actives such as retinoids, AHAs, or deep exfoliants. For facials, your esthetician will let you know when to resume actives based on the treatment performed.
How long should I avoid direct sun exposure after a facial or microneedling?
After any facial or microneedling treatment at TOULA, protecting your skin from the sun is essential.
For facials, we recommend avoiding direct sun exposure for at least 48 hours and applying a broad‑spectrum physical sunscreen (SPF 30+) daily.
Microneedling requires stricter sun care. Avoid direct sun exposure for a full 7–14 days, as the skin is more vulnerable to pigmentation during healing. Daily use of a broad‑spectrum physical sunscreen is critical, and we recommend reapplying if you’ll be outdoors.
Is it normal to have a small bump or bruise at the injection site?
Yes. Mild swelling, bruising, and pinprick redness at the injection sites are common and temporary side effects, typically resolving within 2-7 days. You can always contact us at concierge@toulastudio.com or give a member of our Skincare Concierge Team at call at +1 (437) 494-7111 to discuss your concerns and set-up a complimentary follow-up consultation.
How long after Dermal Fillers should I wait before getting dental work?
It is recommended to wait at least 2 weeks after receiving Dermal Fillers before undergoing any significant dental procedure (cleanings, fillings, etc.) to minimize the risk of infection or migration.
When can I get a massage after my injectable treatment?
Please avoid deep tissue massage or facial massage for at least 2 weeks after your injection appointment to prevent disturbing the product placement.
What is the best way to reduce swelling and bruising after treatment?
The best way is to apply cold compresses or ice packs intermittently to the treated area for the first 24 hours. Arnica supplements, started a few days prior, can also help minimize bruising.
When can I fly on an airplane after getting fillers?
While there is no strict rule, we recommend waiting at least 48-72 hours after receiving fillers before flying to allow initial swelling to subside and to monitor for any reactions in a stable environment.
Can I wear hats, goggles, or tight headbands after Botox?
To ensure the Botox settles correctly, please avoid wearing anything tight across the treatment area (like hats that press on the forehead or tight goggles) for the first 4-6 hours.

Product guidance is provided during your comprehensive skin analysis consultation or as part of your treatment, ensuring your home routine supports and maintains your TOULA glow.

Our team is passionate about helping you find the ideal skincare products. Contact our Concierge Team at +1 (437) 494-7111 or consult with our staff during your next studio visit for tailored recommendations.
Are TOULA’s skincare products natural and organic?
TOULA focuses on ingredient‑led, non‑toxic skincare—prioritizing safety, efficacy, and clinical integrity over marketing terms like “natural” or “organic.” Because these labels aren’t strictly regulated (for example, the U.S. bans only ~30 cosmetic ingredients compared to over 1,300 in the EU), TOULA carefully curates products from trusted, science‑backed brands to ensure every formula is clean, safe, and results‑driven for radiant skin.
