Your membership transitions to month-to-month after the initial term with 30 days' written notice for cancellation. - We understand that life can happen, that’s why we allow our members to put their membership on pause for up to three months out of any 12-month period (e.g., for travel or medical reasons; pauses do not affect banked funds but temporarily suspend perks like discounts).

What’s the minimum age for a TOULA membership?
TOULA welcomes members as young as 13 to start their skincare journey. Minors need a parent/guardian to sign the membership agreement and, if possible, accompany them for check-in and check-out during monthly visits.

What happens if I miss a monthly facial at TOULA?
If you miss a monthly facial at TOULA, the facial does not roll over, but during your six-month membership term, the value of the missed facial will be credited to your account for use on other services or products within a 30-day window. Notify us early to reschedule, as late cancellations (less than 24 hours) incur a $50 fee, and some treatments require a deposit.
How do I use a TOULA membership guest pass?
As an Essence, Empower, or Elevate member, you can gift 1x complimentary Calming Facial to anyone who has not received a TOULA treatment. To gift your guest pass, please contact our Concierge Team at +1 (437) 494-7111, and provide them with the first name, last name, email, and cell number of the person you would like to transfer your pass to.
Can I share my TOULA membership facials with others?
Membership facials are exclusive to the member. Need more time to use them? Request a pause or extension by contacting our Concierge Team at +1 (437) 494-7111 or in-studio staff.
Can I share my TOULA membership discounts with friends?
Your TOULA membership discounts on treatments and products are for your use only. If you refer a new TOULA customer, we can apply one-time member pricing on their first visit. Please speak to our concierge team in-studio during the booking process.
How does billing work for TOULA memberships?
We store your credit card for automatic billing on the 1st or 15th of each month (your choice). Each payment adds one facial to your TOULA profile for use that month.
What are the terms of TOULA’s membership program?
TOULA memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot combine with other offers. Monthly facials expire six weeks after payment. Active members enjoy exclusive pricing on injectables, fillers, extra facials, and products. Joining agrees to TOULA’s Membership Program terms.
Can I upgrade my TOULA monthly facial?
Yes, try a different facial by paying the price difference between your membership fee and the member facial rate. Our Concierge Team will adjust at your appointment.
What’s the difference between TOULA’s membership fee and member pricing?
Your monthly membership fee grants one facial per month, based on your tier. Additional facials or treatments like preventative Botox receive special member pricing.
