The Beauty Bank membership is a flexible tier that allows you to spend on any product or service within the studio monthly.

Upon signing-up new members receive a complimentary express facial for themselves or to gift a friend, three LED-light therapy treatments and a welcome gift!

How do I join a TOULA membership plan?

Sign up for a TOULA membership online at www.toulastudio.com/pages/our-memberships or in-studio before or after your facial. Unsure which plan suits you? Our estheticians can guide you in-person or via +1 (437) 494-7111.

Can I switch my TOULA membership tier?

While we encourage you to stay consisent with the membership tier suggested by our expert team. Members can can adjust their tier at anytime by contacting our Concierge Team at +1 (437) 494-7111 or speaking with them in-person during your visit.

Is there a pregnancy-safe membership option at TOULA?

Yes, our Empower Membership is exclusively pregnancy-safe, offering a choice between a Sensitive Skin or Clarifying facial each month, with the option to swap for a Pregnancy Facial. Please inform the team at the studio that you are pregnant, or reach out to the Concierge Team at +1 (437) 494-7111 to update your account.

Do I need to join a TOULA membership before my facial appointment?

You can join a TOULA membership before or after your facial, online at www.toulastudio.com/pages/our-memberships or in-studio. Joining before applies your monthly facial to that visit; joining after starts the next month. Call +1 (437) 494-7111 for guidance on the best plan for your skin health!

What’s the minimum age for a TOULA membership?

TOULA welcomes members as young as 13 to start their skincare journey. Minors need a parent/guardian to sign the membership agreement and, if possible, accompany them for check-in and check-out during monthly visits.

Which TOULA membership is best for teenagers?

We suggest the Essence or Empower Membership for teens, tailored to their skin goals. Our estheticians can recommend the best fit during your first visit, with the option to adjust tiers anytime.

What’s the minimum commitment for TOULA memberships?

TOULA memberships require a three-month commitment, billed monthly. After three months, your membership continues month-to-month with the flexibility to pause (for up to three months in any 12-month calendar period) or cancel.

Can I pause my TOULA membership?

Traveling or need a break? Members can freeze their memberships for up to three months in any 12 month calendar period. Contact our Concierge Team at +1 (437) 494-7111 to arrange your membership freeze.

How do I cancel my TOULA membership?

After the three-month commitment, you can end your membership by contacting our Concierge Team with 30-days written notice at +1 (437) 494-7111 or visiting the studio in person.

What happens if I miss a monthly facial at TOULA?

The Essence, Empower, Enhance or Elevate tiers are all credit-based membership tiers for use towards facials only. Credits for your monthly facial, which are received after being billed, must be used within 31 days. If you miss a monthly facial at TOULA, the facial credit does not roll over.

Please note that members have the ability to put their memberships on hold for up to three months in any 12-month period, transfer a credit to a friend or add a family member to their profile to use their facial credit for that month.

Can I share my TOULA membership facials with others?

Yes! Members have the ability to transfer their monthly credit to a friend or add a family member to their member account.

How does billing work for TOULA memberships?

We store your credit card for automatic billing on the 1st or 15th of each month (your choice). For the Essence, Empower, Enhance or Elevate tiers, each monthly payment adds one facial credit to your TOULA profile for use that month.

TOULA's Beauty Bank Tier is a flexible, skin-treatment savings membership. For $149/month, your entire payment is stored in a personal wallet that you can use toward any treatment or product, anytime. It acts as a dedicated beauty budget.

What are the terms of TOULA’s membership program?

TOULA memberships are non-refundable and cannot combine with other offers. Monthly facials expire 31 days after payment. Active members enjoy exclusive pricing on injectables, dermal fillers, microneedling, extra facials, and products. By joining, you agree to TOULA’s Membership Program terms.

Can I upgrade my TOULA monthly facial?

Yes, try a different facial by paying the price difference between your membership fee and the member facial rate. Our Concierge Team will adjust at your appointment.

What’s the difference between TOULA’s membership fee and member pricing?

Your monthly membership fee grants one facial credit per month, based on your tier. Additional facials or other studio treatments receive special member pricing.
