About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Medical Esthetician to join our founding team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-end, fast-paced studio environment and is excited to deliver results-driven, personalized skincare treatments with warm hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
Treatment Excellence

Perform high-tech facials using advanced aesthetic technologies (training provided as needed)

Conduct skin consultations to create tailored treatment plans and homecare routines

Maintain detailed patient notes and treatment records

Prepare and maintain treatment rooms for cleanliness, safety, and brand standard

Uphold strict hygiene and sanitization protocols in compliance with health regulations
Client Care & Education

Create a welcoming, luxurious experience for every guest — from consultation to checkout

Educate clients on post-treatment care and home skincare routines

Build lasting relationships and trust with a growing roster of regular clients

Offer thoughtful product recommendations based on skin concerns and studio offerings
Studio Support

Collaborate with the front desk team to manage scheduling and guest flow

Maintain knowledge of studio services, products, and promotions

Assist with inventory management and treatment room supplies

Support brand events, team training, and community-facing activations
You Have:
-
A valid Medical Esthetician diploma or certification (Ontario)

1–3+ years of hands-on esthetics experience (clinic, medispa, or luxury spa setting)

A deep love for skincare and client care

Experience with or willingness to learn advanced modalities (e.g., Hydrafacial, radiofrequency, ultrasound, microcurrent, microneedling, etc.)

Strong consultation and communication skills

A warm, calming presence and polished professional appearance

Passion for staying current on trends, ingredients, and treatment innovations
