Yes, our Essence Membership is exclusively pregnancy-safe, offering a choice between a Sensitive Skin or Clarifying facial each month, with the option to swap for a Pregnancy Facial. TOULA welcomes members as young as 13 to start their skincare journey. Minors need a parent/guardian to sign the membership agreement and, if possible, accompany them for check-in and check-out during monthly visits.
We suggest the Essence or Empower Membership for teens, tailored to their skin goals. Our estheticians can recommend the best fit during your first visit, with the option to adjust tiers anytime.
TOULA memberships require a six-month commitment, billed monthly. After six months, you can continue month-to-month with the flexibility to pause or cancel.
Traveling or need a break? During your six-month membership, you can bank missed monthly facials’ value for other TOULA services or products. Contact our Concierge Team at +1 (437) 494-7111 to arrange.
After the six-month commitment, you can end your membership by contacting our Concierge Team at +1 (437) 494-7111 or visiting the studio in person.
If you miss a monthly facial at TOULA, the facial does not roll over, but during your six-month membership term, the value of the missed facial will be credited to your account for use on other services or products within a 30-day window. Notify us early to reschedule, as late cancellations (less than 24 hours) incur a $50 fee, and some treatments require a deposit.

We store your credit card for automatic billing on the 1st or 15th of each month (your choice). Each payment adds one facial to your TOULA profile for use that month.
TOULA memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot combine with other offers. Monthly facials expire six weeks after payment. Active members enjoy exclusive pricing on injectables, fillers, extra facials, and products. Joining agrees to TOULA’s Membership Program terms.
Yes, try a different facial by paying the price difference between your membership fee and the member facial rate. Our Concierge Team will adjust at your appointment.
Your monthly membership fee grants one facial per month, based on your tier. Additional facials or treatments like preventative Botox receive special member pricing.
