Drawing from this personalized insight, our estheticians will recommend and subsequently perform one of our seven facials, ensuring you receive the optimal blend of targeted care and luxurious relaxation. Targeted solutions for your specific concerns (acne, aging, texture, hydration), leading to optimal and visible results from your very first visit.

Technology Used

Skin Analysis Machine: An in-depth, diagnostic reading of your skin's condition, hydration levels, and underlying concerns.

Modality-Specific Technology: Your esthetician will incorporate technologies best suited for your goals, which may include specialized devices for microdermabrasion, oxygen infusion, microcurrent, LED therapy, or ultrasonic cleansing depending on the facial which is best suited for you.

Cancellations or adjustments require 24 hours' notice to avoid a $50 fee ($100 for Sculptra); late arrivals over 10 minutes may require rescheduling. Walk-ins are welcome, but booking is recommended for busy periods.

How should I prepare for a TOULA high-tech facial?
No preparation is needed—our high-tech facials begin with a thorough double cleanse in our coves. If you prefer to keep eye makeup on, inform your esthetician. For best results, avoid sun exposure and discontinue retinol use one week before your appointment.

What should I avoid before a TOULA facial?
To ensure safety and efficacy, avoid retinoids, chemical peels, or laser treatments for two weeks prior to your facial. Avoid Botox or dermal fillers for two weeks and isotretinoin (e.g., Accutane) for 12 months prior, as the skin requires time to recover its barrier function after isotretinoin treatment. Avoid facials if your skin is healing from recent cosmetic procedures.

What conditions prevent getting a TOULA high-tech facial?
Our high-tech facials are not suitable for individuals with conditions such as actinic keratosis, melasma, rosacea, skin cancer, active infections, cold sores, open wounds, rashes, burns, inflammation, eczema, or psoriasis. Consult with our estheticians to assess your eligibility.

What is LED light therapy at TOULA?
TOULA’s LED light therapy employs light-emitting diodes with wavelengths of 600–1300nm to address various skin concerns. This non-invasive treatment promotes skin rejuvenation, accelerates tissue repair, reduces inflammation, combats harmful bacteria, and stimulates collagen production.
